This time round, I have more things to sell.

Yesterday, we (Susie,Chin,Karen/Tay and myself) had a Yard Sale at Lay See's house. This is my second time holding Yard Sale at Arizona.The first Yard Sale was held on 06 May 2006 together with Susie,Soke Peng, Lay See and myself. This time round, Don wasn't around to help me as he has went to Las Vegas for TDY(Red Flag) for 17 days. Therefore, I need to be more independent. It can be quite fun if you have a few close friends holding it together. But it wasn't fun at all as I was not so close to all of them.

I reached Lay See's place around 5.40am and guess what, some "Early Birds" were there looking for good and cheap items. Susie, Chin and Lay See were still busy bringing out their items. Slowly, I bring out all my unwanted stuffs from my car.

At the end of the day,guess how much profit did I earn?? I have a profit of US$56.50. My first Garage Sale profit was only US$42.25. Actually, it depend what the items that you are selling at Garage Sale. If you sell furniture and electrical items, you will have more money more profit.

During the garage sale, I sold off :-

(5) Flower Soap/Bath Crystal
(6) Spray Bottle
(7) White Board
(8) Clock+Radio
(9) 2 Measuring Cup
(10) Green DustBin
(11) Microwave Container
(12) 2 Laundry Baskets
(13) Pole
(14) Sony CD Player
(15) Cooking Pan

Finally, we call it a day around 11am as there are no more customers coming in. Most crowded timing is around 6.30am to 8.30am.

I hope to have another Yard Sale during Fall period which is much cooler and might attract more crowds in.
